Nic Cage inexplicably reprises his role from Deadfall, even though that character was most definitely dead, or at the very least facially maimed beyond recognition, in the previous film. This could've been good if it had featured three times as much Nic Cage with his character's manic outbursts dialed up to 11. Sadly, it did not.

Someone decided to insert Nic Cage into an Adrian Grenier vehicle to make it passable as art.
