Our Reviews:

Worst chemistry of any onscreen Nic Cage romance, including when Eva Mendes took a bunch of ketamine to get through Ghost Rider.

Nic Cage's character meets the women of his dreams, one that can't talk back to share her own thoughts. She nearly wins over his other love, killing for money (which also doesn't talk back to him, as long as he stays true that is...).

Imagine John Wick, but with shades of Asian fetishism, the Indy/Short Round apprentice dynamic, and a protagonist that's not worth rooting for in any way, shape or form.

Say what you will about this White Guy Goes To Asia vehicle, at least it didn't say "well all Asians look the same but the ones we need for this movie set in [COUNTRY] cost too much so can't we just use Bangladeshis or something?" This cast has dozens of honest-to-goodness people from the fine nation of Bang Kok. Go look it up!

This movie teaches us that women do not have to be clever or in fact express a single unique thought in order for a man to be into it. I think some other stuff happens too.
