Eva Mendes was not drunk enough for this movie.
Nic Cage's character name in this movie is "Johnny Blaze" and that says about as much as you need to know about what kind of journey this movie will take you on. I truly enjoyed slurring, drunk Eva Mendes collecting her paycheck and Nic Cage doing a topless scene with CGI'd abs.
It's okay cast (and probably crew), I was drinking too. The villains in this movie were all just Nu-Metal band rejects.
This is a film where we learned the dangers of spending too much time on set on Nic Cage if you're some Hollywood dorks who don't know how to REALLY immerse yourselves in your roles by ending an 8 day bender and then reporting to set.
Was the flaming skeleton part strictly necessary? I like to keep all my bounty hunters inconspicuous.
