Sharks have somehow found their way into the Mississippi River and they start attacking people during a podunk fishing competition. A crew of locals that features a girl who looks like a clean-cut version of Brittanya from Rock of Love have to band together to fight them off. A rough-looking Jason London has a cameo in this, but it’s otherwise pretty forgettable.
A shark is flung on to a river boat and eats a lady. This is literally all I remember about this movie.
Our government is local, and when your mayor refuses to address your river shark problem, people gonna die.
Great story, great premise, great river.
It's what it sounds like.
According to Wikipedia, "They have been known to travel up the Mississippi River as far as Alton, Illinois, about 700 miles (1100 km) from the ocean." That makes this the second most plausible movie we watched. Well, most plausible, since 5G Zombies was a documentary.
