I like to think of this movie as truly being about the bromance between Nic Cage and Ron Perlman's characters as they have to chauffeur a scheming, evil woman across generalized Europe. WOMEN ARE LIARS AND SHOULDN'T BE TRUSTED. That's what I was supposed to get out of this, right?
Nic Cage's character realizes crusading bad only when he is basically 'two days from retirement' and doesn't want to kill children anymore. He then proceeds to take job that will probably end up killing a young woman, but OH SHIT, SHE IS A WITCH...? DAMMMMN! Alright Nic Cage, you got me on this one, I guess.
You had me at "Nic Cage, Ron Perlman, and Christopher Lee". What, you're adding in confusing and inconsistent accents, too? I already told you I don't need more, this is already great.
