In this movie version of the Street Fighter video game, Jean-Claude Van Damme stars as Guile, but with a blatant Belgian accent, and instead of a bleach blonde, whackadoo flat top haircut, he’s got poorly bleached hair that looks mostly orange. The plot is mostly nonsense, but near the climax of the movie we get to see a Frankenstein version of Blanka who looks like Lou Ferrigno’s Incredible Hulk meets Nosferatu meets a Chucky doll and a fight scene between grown men and a 95-pound Kylie Minogue trying to play a convincing version of Cammy, whose thighs in the video game are probably bigger than Kylie’s entire torso.
Less plot than a 1991 arcade game.
Not enough fireballs/energy was used. Guile is the original maverick. In Guile's chain of command, shit rolls uphill.
Oh, Kylie.
"Hey guys what if we kill the career of beloved American acting icon Raul Julia with a video game?"

Brought back so many sweet memories of Cammy. Erm, excuse me for a few.
