This movie’s opening frame is a close-up on a woman’s nipple, followed by a scene where a murderous turkey chases the woman (who happens to be an inexplicably topless pilgrim) through the woods. That’s really all you need to know to understand what you’re dealing with on this one.
A perfect film.
Finally, a turkey that reflects and represents the all the cultures of the Native American peoples. Risen as a curse to take their vengeance, the turkey is able to finally bring about healing in the true spirit of the holiday.
This was bad.
This movie was worse for me on the 2nd watch, but I still have to compliment its strong use of a really weak rural Ohio cast and a really top flight rubber turkey.
Definitely one of the greatest holiday films ever.
