After losing his parents, a priest travels to China, where he inherits a mysterious ability that allows him to turn into a dinosaur. At first horrified by this new power, a hooker convinces him to use it to fight crime. And ninjas.

Great Value Brand Michael C. Hall travels to China (aka a cluster of some dead trees in Central Park, NYC) where he gains the ability to turn into a mutant velociraptor when he gets angry. He ends up boning down with a hooker, who he then works with to use his newfound ability to fight crime. Somehow they end up fighting against a bunch of white ninjas. The movie is intentionally campy and actually pretty enjoyable, including the final fight scene in which the VelociPastor (whose costume looks like one of those cartoonish, inflatable T-Rex costumes) and the hooker try to take down an entire gang of white ninjas.
Heartwarming hooker/pastor/dinosaur story.
Another in a string of films that warns about the dangers of missionary work in mainland China.
Really hoping for a crossover with Kung Fury.
