If you think the Amish out east are bad, the ones out on the northwest coast are absolutely terrible, and run by women -- GROSS! Also, they are kinda terrible. Moral of the story, don't meet strange women in bars unless you are on the east coast where less cults live.

Most of this movie is a bunch of women acting cagey and suspicious while Nic Cage increasingly gets more aggressive and furious with the town's population, culminating in what's probably a top 5 Nic Cage movie freakout.

Okay, real talk for a second: what was actually the purpose of the bees? If you want to do a human sacrifice, torture isn't strictly necessary. If you want to do a torture, there are more straightforward ways to accomplish this. If Nic wasn't screaming like a stupid motherfucker this could have been a very boring and uninspired torture plan.
